How it works

How Hidaayah works

Getting started as a Hidaayah guide is simple. Once your profile is approved, you'll be ready to receive bookings from pilgrims around the world.

Receive bookings
Pilgrims view your profile, choose one of your tours, and book directly into your schedule. You get an instant notification via the guide portal and WhatsApp whenever a booking is confirmed.

Coordinate with your pilgrims
After a booking is confirmed, communicate directly with your customer to arrange the meeting location, pickup time (if required), and any other tour details.

Conduct your tour
Meet your pilgrims and guide them through their booked Umrah or Ziyarah experience, providing the knowledge and support they're looking for.

Get paid
Once the tour is complete, your earnings are transferred to you. Continue accepting new bookings and growing your reputation through customer reviews.

Applying is quick and straightforward. Once approved, you'll be ready to start accepting bookings from pilgrims around the world.

Submit your application
Complete our online Guide Sign Up form and tell us about yourself, your experience, and the tours you'd like to offer.

Meet with our team
We'll schedule a short video call to get to know you, assess your suitability, and answer any questions about joining Hidaayah.

Complete your guide profile
Add your bio, photos, pricing, availability, and tour details so pilgrims can learn more about you and book with confidence.

Start receiving bookings
Once your profile is approved and published, pilgrims can book your tours directly through Hidaayah. We'll notify you whenever a new booking comes in.
